A source close of the UCPN (Maoist) said that the talks focused on the arrest of Kham, who is also a Maoist Central Committee member who has been accused of masterminding the robbery of three Chinese traders last Sunday.
Kham also faces arrest warrant issued by Chitwan district court over his alleged involvement in the torture and murder of capital´s businessman, Ram Hari Shrestha.
