KATHMANDU, April 3: Former division commander of the then Maoist People's Army, 3rd Division in Shaktikhor, Kali Bahadur Kham Magar, who was arrested in Kathmandu yesterday, has been taken to Chitwan.
A resident of Uttarganga Rural Municipality-6 in Rukum, the 50-year-old was arrested from Thamel in Kathmandu on Tuesday. He has been sent to the District Police Office, Chitwan, for further investigation into a case of abduction and murder, according to the spokesperson of District Police Range, Kathmandu, Superintendent of Police Nawaraj Adhikari.
Maoist Center leader Kali Bahadur Kham arrested

Khammagar has been accused of kidnapping and killing Ramhari Shrestha of Koteshwar, Kathmandu. Shrestha's widow, Ramila Shrestha, had filed a complaint at the District Police Office, Chitwan, naming Khammagar as one of those involved in the murder of her husband that took place in 2065 BS.
