The demonstrators took out a motorcycle rally demanding to arrest the murderers of association´s central chairman Kanshi Nath Tiwari. They have accused the local administration of being failed to arrest the culprits and punish them. [break]They have also demanded to declare Tiwari a martyr.
Jyoti Lal Prasad Kalawar, an advisor of the association warned of phase-wise protest if their demands are ignored. An unidentified gang gunned down Tiwari a month ago.
Meanwhile, a gang attacked Durga Kurmi, a security man at Nepal Electricity Authority Birgunj leaving him seriously injured after their plan to steal the electric wire was busted.
Kurmi is undergoing treatment in Narayani Sub-Regional Hospital, Birgunj.
