Hearing process for recommendation of Purna Nepali as ambassador begins

KATHMANDU, Dec 13: The Federal Parliament Secretariat has initiated the parliamentary hearing process for Purna Bahadur Nepali, who has been recommended as Nepal’s Residential Ambassador to Sri Lanka.

The Parliamentary Hearing Committee (PHC) issued a notice on Friday, requesting that any objections against Purna Bahadur Nepali's recommendation for the ambassadorial position be submitted within 10 days.


If anyone believes that the appointment to the position is inappropriate, they have been requested by the committee to submit a clear basis and evidence within 10 days.


The committee has stated that complaints or information can be submitted through the committee's secretariat or the district administration offices.
