KATHMANDU, Feb 26: The hearing on the case related to the former captain of Nepali cricket, Sandeep Lamichhane, will continue tomorrow at a closed bench of the Supreme Court.
The hearing by the Supreme Court on the petition filed by the government against the order of the High Court, Patan, to release Lamichhane on bail and the petition seeking the apex court’s order to allow Lamichhane to go abroad will continue by a closed bench on Monday.

The Supreme Court said that the bench had already ordered the writ petitions to be held in a closed bench and accordingly the hearing is being conducted by a closed bench.
There is a legal provision that rape cases can be heard by closed benches. Only the lawyers of both sides are present in such hearings.
