Headmaster missing from 10 days

BAGLUNG, Sept 10: Headmaster of Pallopakha Community Secondary School, Kushmisera, Baglung has gone missing since the last 10 days.



Umakant Sharma who took out half a million rupees from the bank ten days ago has gone missing since then. Relatives of the headmaster are confused about whether he has chosen to not come in contact with the family by his own will or he has been kidnapped. [break]



Sharma, travelled to the district headquarter to take out the money from the school´s account from Nepal Bank Limited, has not been in contact with anyone after that, informed his relatives and teachers of the school.



A committee has been formed under the leadership of Bishnu Pulami to search for Sharma. "We are searching for him and we hope to gather information shortly," said Pulami.



The guardians of students from the school have also formed a committee under Arjun Poudel to run the school for the time being.



For the last two years accounts of the school had been made public by Sharma informed Poudel.
