GWR recognizes ‘highest tea party’ on Mt Everest

KATHMANDU, March 16: A tea party organized at an altitude of 6,496 meters at camp 2 of Mt Everest was recognized by the Guinness World Record (GWR) as the ‘Highest Tea Party’, earlier at the start of March.
The tea party was attempted by Andrew Hughes, Ronan Murphy, Kristin Bennet, Garrett Madison, Sid Pattison, Robert Smith, Art Muir, Helen Cokie Berenyi, Krisli Melesk, Ben Veres, Kevin Walsh, Kristin Harila, Mark Pattison, Rick Irvine, and James Walker on 5th of May 2021.
