Grandfather rapes four-year-old

JAJARKOT, Nov 11: The culprit who raped a four-year-old girl of Khalanga-2, Thaplechour on November 2 has been identified as the victim´s maternal grandfather.



Police investigation has found that Hemanta Bahadur Shahi, 65, took his granddaughter, who was sleeping at her home to a nearby jungle and raped her at around four in the morning.



Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Ram Pyara Kharel said Hemanta has admitted to his crime.
