PACHTHAR, April 4: Police here has arrested a man on the charge of repeatedly raping his 12-year-old granddaughter.
The 58-year-old man was arrested on the basis of information that he had been raping his granddaughter from time to time since December 16, 2017, police said.

Police got the information that he used to threaten his granddaughter should she disclose about the sexual abuse and arrested the perpetrator on the basis of this information, Deputy Superintendent of Police Bamdev Gautam said.
The girl has been rescued and sheltered at a safe house and the Paanchthar District Court on Tuesday remanded the perpetrator to judicial custody pending investigation. RSS
