The National Information Technology Center would operate and manage the e-portal, it is learnt.

Baskota said a separate directive would be drafted and that would provide guidelines for operation of the portal, information update, operation and procedures on information dissemination.

So far, the entire updated information and details of 29 different bodies regarding the license and permits have been kept.
