“Minister of Foreign Affairs will summon the envoys and ask for clarification within few days,” said Mainali while speaking at Reporters’ Club.

On the occasion, Minister Mainali accused Indian Ambassador to Nepal, Ranjit Rae of crossing diplomatic decorum by telling Madhesi leaders that India stands with them by inviting the leaders on occasion of Holi festival.

“Ambassadors should not cross diplomatic decorum. The government will seek clarification if crossed,” he said, “The Indian envoy is doing politics in Nepal.”
