KAPILVASTU, Dec 4: Chairman of the ruling Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the government has taken the current decade as the foundation decade for socialism.
While inaugurating the 10th fair organized by the Kavilvastu Chamber of Commerce here Tuesday, chairman Dahal, also former Prime Minister, said that the result will be seen after ten years.
The mega projects including Lasha to Lumbini Railway Construction, East-West Railway and Postal Highway construction were in pipeline and they will prepare the foundation for rapid development.
He also said that the government was moving ahead with the trilateral economic partnership among Nepal-China and India. He added that Nepal will have access to four ports of China and that will end the concept of landlocked country.
Dahal also opined for developing Tilaurakot, Lumbini to Ramgram Buddhist circuit that will attract Buddhist tourists from across the country. He urged industrialists to invest in the infrastructure development in the country.
Also present in the program was General secretary Bishnu Poudel among other leaders as well. There are 300 stalls in the fair.
