KATHMANDU, March 28: The government has appointed Rishi Raj Koirala as registrar at Nepal Shipping Office. Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had inaugurated the office on February 14. The cabinet had already approved a 16 member staffs for the new office that is under Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
