Government offices will be open till 5 PM from today

KATHMANDU, Jan 30: All government offices across the country will be open till 5 PM from today. The government in a notice published in the National Gazette on March 16, 2023 said that the office hours will be from 10 AM to 5 PM from today.

The government had fixed 10 AM to 4 PM from November 2 to January 29. From May 15 to November 1 and from January 30 to April 14 office hours will be operated till 5 PM.

According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the office will be open on Fridays from 10 AM to 3 PM. The government has fixed lunch time from 1:30 PM to 2 PM.
