While announcing the decision of the Council of Ministers meeting on Friday, Minister of Communication and Information Technology Gyanendra Bahadur Karki said that the government will approve and implement the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) reached between the government and Dr KC.


Minister Karki, who is also the government spokesperson, said that the government has decided to set a minimum limit of foreign investment of Rs 20 million per foreign investor using the authority given by subsection 3 of Section 3 of the Foreign Investment and Technology Transfer Act, 2075.
