KATHMANDU, Aug. 5: Gold and silver prices surged in the domestic market on Wednesday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold rose by Rs. 4,200 per tola, reaching Rs. 288,000 on Wednesday from Rs. 283,800 on Tuesday.

Similarly, the price of silver increased by Rs. 95 per tola to Rs. 4,475 on Wednesday from Rs. 4,380 on Tuesday, FENEGOSIDA said.
