KATHMANDU, Dec 12: The price of gold rose by Rs 3,500 on Friday compared to Thursday, reaching Rs 256,600 per tola, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA). On Thursday, gold was priced at Rs 253,100 per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver increased by Rs 100 on Friday, reaching Rs 3,905 per tola, up from Rs 3,805 per tola on Thursday, FENEGOSIDA stated.
Internationally, one ounce of gold is trading at USD 4,275, while an equivalent amount of silver is at USD 62.
