KATHMANDU, Aug. 7: Gold and silver prices continued their upward trend in the domestic market on Friday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold increased by Rs 900 per tola to Rs 296,900 per tola on Friday, up from Rs 296,000 per tola on Thursday.

Meanwhile, silver prices also edged up by Rs 10 per tola to Rs 4,580 per tola, compared to Rs 4,570 per tola on Thursday, the FENEGOSIDA said.
