KATHMANDU, June 21: The price of gold rose by Rs 1,900 per tola in the domestic market on Friday.
Fine gold is being traded at Rs 144,700 per tola on Friday, marking an increase from Rs 142, 800 per tola on Thursday.

Similarly, the price of standard gold surged to Rs 144,000 per tola today, from Rs 142,100 per tola on the previous day.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has also witnessed an uptick by Rs 25 per tola. Silver which was sold at Rs 1,840 per tola on Thursday is being traded at Rs 1,865 per tola on Friday.
