Gold price drops by Rs 2,700 per tola

KATHMANDU, April 23: After a continuous rise, the trading prices of gold and silver have begun to gradually decline this week. Compared to the previous day, the price of gold has decreased by Rs 2,700 per tola on Tuesday.

KATHMANDU, April 23: After a continuous rise, the trading prices of gold and silver have begun to gradually decline this week. Compared to the previous day, the price of gold has decreased by Rs 2,700 per tola on Tuesday.


According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Associations, fine gold is being traded at Rs 135,500 per tola on Tuesday. It was traded at Rs 138,200 per tola on Monday.

Similarly, the price of standard gold is fixed at Rs 134,850 per tola, marking a decline from Rs 137,550 per tola on the previous day.


Furthermore, the price of silver has also gone down by Rs 45 per tola. Silver is being traded at Rs 1,660 per tola, compared to Rs 1,705 per tola on Monday.
