Gold price declines by Rs 900 per tola

KATHMANDU, Jan 4: The price of gold declined by Rs 900 per tola to Rs 92,200 in the domestic market today. The yellow metal was traded at Rs 93,100 per tola yesterday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association, today's price of standard gold stands at Rs 91,700 per tola, which was Rs 92,600 per tola on Monday.

Similarly, the price of silver declined by Rs 15 per tola to Rs 1,250 per tola today.

The federation has been fixing daily trading prices here on the basis of changes in gold and silver prices in the international market. Gold is being traded at around US dollar 1,803 per ounce in the international market today.
