KATHMANDU, Dec 17: Veteran political leader Pradip Giri and former finance secretary Rameshwor Khanal have decided to join Dr Baburam Bhattarai-led new political force, a press statement issued by Bhattarai on Thursday reads.
A dozens of youths including Chairman of Bibeksheel Party Ujjwal Thapa too have decided to join the new political force.
The press statement further states that Giri, Khanal and others are with the opinion that that there is a dire need of new political force in the present context.

"We are with an opinion that there is a need of collaboration among the people who share alternative political ideology," the statement added.
The political force also comprises former UML leader Pasang Sherpa, actor Saroj Khanal and former health secretary Prabin Mishra, among others.
