Organized by Nepal Tattoo Pvt. Ltd., the three-day convention will see participation of more than 100 tattoo artists and suppliers from over 20 countries from all over the world.
A press release issued by the organizers also states that the convention this year will be graced by 'many big names in the tattoo industry.'
The convention—the biggest international tattoo convention held in the South East Asian region—aims to promote tattoo art and culture in Nepal and also gather tattoo enthusiasts and art lovers from all over the world.
"This is an effort to bring positive thinking towards tattoos, and let the government take note of the importance of Nepal's rising tattoo industry," the press release states.
Live tattoo seminars and tattoo shows, tattoo contests, piercing, traditional Nepali dance shows, and musical performances will be the main highlight of the convention.
The convention will be held from April 24 to 26, from 9 AM to 6 PM. Tickets, priced at Rs 200 (one day) and Rs 500 (three-day pass) will be available at the venue.
