KATHMANDU, Jan 12: German Ambassador to Nepal, Thomas Prinz called on Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal on Thursday. According to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat, Ambassador Prinz reached the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers at Singha Durbar on Thursday afternoon.
In the meeting, the prime minister said that the projects run with the help of the German government have contributed significantly to the development and prosperity of Nepal. The prime minister stated that social justice, good governance and prosperity are the priorities of his government and expressed his belief that the international community will continue to support him as in the past.

He said that Nepal is firm in its non-aligned foreign policy and will maintain equal diplomatic relations with the international community and called it a 'Pro-Nepal Policy'. He said that the new government will effectively conclude the peace process, and achieve sustainable economic development and social security.
During the meeting, Ambassador Prinz congratulated Prime Minister Dahal for receiving a vote of confidence from parliament with almost 100 percent votes and said that the German government will give full support in the field of infrastructure development and prosperity of Nepal.
