KATHMANDU, May 24: Genese Solution, a multinational IT company has secured NPR 55 million investment from Business Oxygen Pvt. Ltd. for its operations in Nepal.
Issuing a statement on Monday, the cloud consultancy company said that it will utilise the investment for strategic ramp up of product/service portfolio, upgrade skill levels, accelerate automation and Digital Transformation ecosystem in Nepal.

I am sure this funding will serve as a strong catalyst for helping us achieve our goals of industry disruption steering digital transformation with honed human skill sets and latest technologies,” the statement quoted Anjani Phuyal, Founder of the Genese Solution, as saying.
Business Oxygen Private Limited (BO2) is a part of the IFC’s Global SME Ventures initiative with investments from the IFC of the World Bank Group, Climate Investment Funds (PPCR) and FCDO. The fund is managed by WLC Ventures Pvt. Ltd, a subsidiary of White Lotus Centre Pvt. Ltd.
