LAHAN, Dec 4: Police have arrested four young men from Golbazar rural municipality-6 on the charge of possessing contraband brown sugar today.
The arrested were 18-year-old Bal Krishna Shah of ward no. 6, 18-year-old Manish Shrestha of ward no.3, 22-year-old Bimal Kumar Shah and his brother 18-year-old Nilam Kumar Shah of ward no 3.

A team of police led by Inspector Janak Puri of Area Police Office Golbazaar arrested them with brown sugar on Tuesday.
"Police have filed a case against all four young men," said Siraha police chief SSP Uma Prasad Chaturvedi.
At least police have apprehended 23 persons on the charge of possessing contraband drugs from the same area in the past five months.
