CA chair Subas Nembang allocated the time to Sadbhawana Party chair Laxman Lal Karna as Madhesh-centric party lawmakers started to leave their seats soon after the meeting began.
Speaking in the meeting lawmaker Karna urged to nullify the 16-point pact as it is objected by the Supreme Court as well. He added that it has failed to address the issues of the Madhesi people, women and other marginalized groups.
Lawmaker, Karna complained that two billion rupees has been expended in the name of soliciting public feedbacks. He even complained that the locals were banned to give public feedbacks in some parts of Parsa district.
The Tarai Madhesh Democratic Party, Sadbhawana Party, Federal Socialist Forum, Nepal and Tarai Madhesh Sadbhawana party are boycotting the meeting. RSS
