The injured have been identified as pilot Arun Malla, passengers Lakpa Sonam Sherpa, Anita Sherpa and Dawa Gyaljen Sherpa.
They have been airlifted to Kathmandu after preliminary treatment at a local hospital, said DSP Badri Bikram Thapa of Solukhumbu District Police Office.
Of the injured, the condition of Dawa Gyaljen Sherpa of Chaurikharka-8, is said to be critical.
The chopper met with the accident after its wheel hit against the fencing wire of the airport while lading.
