Former President Bhandari inquires about DPM Shrestha's health condition

KATHMANDU, Dec 10: Former President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Saturday inquired about the health condition of Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha. She visited the Shahid Gangalal National Heart Centre, where the DPM is receiving treatment, to inquire about his health condition.

Bhandari took stock of the health condition visiting the DPM at the Shahid Gangalal National Heart Centre at Bansbari in the Capital City, said DPM Shrestha's personal secretary Suresh Kaji Shrestha. 

Angioplasty surgery was performed on Minister Shrestha on December 5, he said.

According to Dr Chandra Mani Adhikari, the Executive Director of the Centre, the DPM's health condition is improving and will be discharged soon.
