KATHMANDU, Sept 7: Former prime minister of India, HD Deve Gowda is offering prayers at Pashupatinath temple. Gowda is scheduled to meet former prime ministers at Dwarika's Hotel at 11:30 AM after completing his prayers. The delegates of former prime ministers is led by Madhav Nepal from the Nepal Communist Party.
