Former FNJ vice president Bhatta no more

KANCHANPUR, July 1: Former vice president of the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ), Karna Dev Bhatta, has passed away. He was 76.

KANCHANPUR, July 1: Former vice president of the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ), Karna Dev Bhatta, has passed away. He was 76. 


Bhatta had long been suffering from diabetes and high blood pressure. He died at his residence in Bhimdatta Municipality-6 on Sunday night.

Also an ex-board member of the RSS, Bhatta was the editor of Farwest Times daily, published from Kanchanpur. 


He is survived by a spouse, two sons and a daughter. His last rites will be performed on Tuesday, informed journalist Rudraraj Paneru.
