KATHMANDU, Mar 2: A formal dialogue between Netra Bikram Chand-led Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) and the government has begun in Baluwatar in the capital.
Earlier on Tuesday, both the government and Chand-led CPN had formed teams to hold the negotiation.

While the government team is led by Minister for Home Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa, the team of Chand-led CPN is led by Khadka Bahadur BK.
According to a source, Chand-led underground outfit has demanded lifting of sanctions and releasing its cadres in the meeting.
