Ford's heritage month offer

KATHMANDU: To celebrate the 110th anniversary of the founding of Ford Motor Company, GO Ford -- the authorized dealer of Ford in Nepal -- is offering customers a chance to visit Dearborn, Michigan, USA. According to a press statement issued on Monday, one lucky couple from those who book a Ford vehicle from Go Ford in June, which Ford is celebrating as the heritage month, will be awarded all-expenses paid trip to the birthplace of Ford Motor Company in October.



The statement said GO Ford has transformed its showroom into a Ford history exhibition space, where customers can revisit the early days of Ford Motor Company and learn about how Henry Ford, a single man with a vision, built a global car company that opened the highways and the world to all mankind. Vintage Fords - Model A and Mustang -- are also displayed at the showroom. While GO Ford started operation in Nepal in just 2010, Ford entered Nepal much before the present roads were constructed, added the statement.
