Footballers selected for scholarship

KATHMANDU, July 18: All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has selected SLC-passed footballers for Higher Secondary Schools Association Nepal (HISSAN) partial scholarship. As per the agreement between ANFA and HISSAN, 123 players have been selected for the scholarship.



Full scholarship will be provided after holding reselection among the 123 players, states a press statement from ANFA. [break]



The highest 20 players are selected from ANFA Academy while 12 from Jhapa, 11 from Kaski, nine each from Kathmandu and Ilam, seven from Bhaktapur and six from Lalitpur are selected. Remaining players are selected from among over two dozen players across the nation.
