The Maoist cadres had verbally abused district court judge Shekhar Prasad Poudyal and other court staff and forced them out of the office while they were on a spree to close government offices during the banda.
Lawyer Yam Bahadur Magar, who is also the secretary of Nepal Bar Association, Udayapur, moved the court against Man Bahadur Danuwar, Shiva Kumar Rai, Leela Raj Pokharel, Tanka Nath Pokharel and Til Bahadur Bishwokarma.
