The store named Future World will not only be selling a wide range of Apple products but also train the customers as to how to use them.[break]
Inaugurating the store, Suresh Manandhar, manager of Future World showroom, said, "We are very happy and excited that we could open a new Apple authorized reseller store in Nepal. Customers can now visit Civil Mall for one more reason that is for trial and purchase the full range of Apple product and accessories."
The centrally located store is spread over 100 square feet and has a separate training room where customers can learn about different functions of Apple products before buying them at the store and after buying the product they can go for advance Apple application training.
According to Manandhar, the store was opened on the realization that Apple users are growing with every passing day and the trend will continue for now. Staff at the showroom will not only help the customers choose which Mac is right but also provide an unbiased advice on every purchase of the product.
The store houses a wide range of accessories, software and extended warranty plans i.e. Apple Care Protection Plan (ACCP) apart from displaying a wide range of Apple products.
“Every Apple product has one-year warranty but customers can extend warranty by buying ACCP,” informed Manandhar.
The company claims that the store is the best place to touch and feel a Mac or an iPod. Astral Computes Nepal is planning to add a few more Future World stores in the near future.
