DANG, April 18: Property worth Rs 20 million have been destroyed when the Operation Theatre (OT) of a local hospital in Dang district caught fire today noon.
A fire that broke out due to short circuit at the Gorkha Hospital in Ghorahi Municipality-11 burnt down important medical appliances and tools in the OT, shared Dr Janardan Panthi, Doctor at the Hospital.

The operation equipment's such as Anesthesia, Laparoscopy, C-Arm X-ray, Ventilator, Monitors were burnt in the massive fire.
The fire was doused with the help of locals, security personnel and fire brigade. RSS
