It was the shed used for keeping after-death mourner (Kriyaputri). The fire completely damaged the shed on the eighth day of the passing away of local Pritha Bahadur Basyal.
The fire was spread to straw while preparing meal, said Suren Gurung, a local. The fire was taken under control with the help of Nepal Army personnel, police and villagers. RSS
