When sending the details, the local levels should clearly mention the headings under which the grants have been spent. All the details should be sent including the agency, person, firm and organization receiving the subsidized amount and its impact on production, productivity increase, employment etc.
The central government provides grants under four headings. These include complementary, equalizing, conditional and special grants.
