Rayamajhi passed away while undergoing treatment at the Gangalal Heart Center, Bansbari. [break]
He was admitted to the hospital on Tuesday night following the heart attack.
Rayamajhi had entered into the film industry some two decades ago. He has directed many Nepali films including ´Yug Dekhi Yug Samma´, ´Priyasi´, ´Parai Ghar´ and ´Kasam´, among others.
The funeral of the late Rayamajhi was performed at the Pashupati Aryaghat earlier in the day.
