Minister Rijal said so at a news conference organised by the Nepal Press Union, Jhapa,at Bhadrapur Airport today.
Stating that it was wrong for the opposition political parties to launch agitation by ignoring the people's verdict, he claimed that the new constitution would be promulgated within two months if political parties forged consensus.

Minister Rijal said the new constitution would be promulgated on the basis of people's support, saying the new statute would not be possible with the disassociation of the CPN (UML) and the Nepali Congress.

Meanwhile, Minister Rijal also visited the Mechi Zonal Office of the Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS) at Bhadrapur, today.
On the occasion, he suggested the RSS to carry out works giving more priority to news and stories of rural areas.
