GORKHA, Aug 2: An excavator driver died in an under-construction road along the Kerabari road section in Siranchowk rural municipality.
The deceased was identified as Ramesh Tamang of Sindhupalchok.

According to Ward chairman Sukman Gurung, Tamang died when a mud mound fell and buried the excavator. "The mud mound slid down further sliding the excavator 30 meters off the place", Gurung added.
The Police team from Area Police Office, Jauwari and Dharapani have already been deployed to remove the body, District Police Office Gorkha informed.
