Ex-minister Dhakal pays courtesy call on Bhutanese Prime Minister

THIMPU, June 27:  Eknath Dhakal, Chairperson of Nepal Pariwar Dal and an ex-minister paid a courtesy call on Lotay Tshering, the Bhutanese Prime minister.

THIMPU, June 27:  Eknath Dhakal, Chairperson,  Nepal Pariwar Dal  and former minister paid a courtesy call on  Prime Minister of Bhutan, Lotay Tshering. The two met at the latter's office in Bhutan. "The meeting was aimed at enhancing cordial friendship between the two mountainous nations", said Binod Dangi, the party's general secretary.


The Bhutanese Prime Minister also congratulated Dhakal and his party for their success in the recent general elections. 


After the 2015 earthquake, PM Tshering was a part of the medical team set up for the relief-work. He recalled memories of serving hundreds of earthquake victims
