KATHMANDU, April 16: Police issued an arrest warrant against former Chief of Madhesh Province, Rajesh Ahiraj, in connection with a rape case.
According to Kathmandu District Police Range spokesperson SP Apilraj Bohora, a complaint has been filed and an investigation is underway.

The complaint accuses Ahiraj of subjecting a minor girl from the Madhesh region to physical and mental abuse since she was 17 years old.
