Owner of Nepal Engineering College arrested for fraud

KATHMANDU, Nov 25: Lambodar Neupane, the owner of Changunarayan-based Nepal Engineering College, has been arrested for fraud, on Wednesday.

KATHMANDU, Nov 25: Lambodar Neupane, the owner of Changunarayan-based Nepal Engineering College, has been arrested for fraud, on Wednesday.


A team of the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police arrested Neupane from Lalitpur on Wednesday afternoon, according to Sahakul Thapa, the director at the CIB.

Thapa said that he has been accused of embezzling millions of rupees of the Nepal Engineering College (NEC). The NEC had filed a case against Neuapne few years ago.
