DADELDHURA, Nov 11: Senior orthopedic surgeon Dr Govinda Kc has said that every citizen should get access to health and education, but this is still a pie in the sky for many in the country because of the government's apathy.

Dr Kc started his 17th fast-unto-death last Sunday, presenting a seven-point demand seeking reforms in the health and education sectors.“People voted for the current government with a hope of reforms in the sector.
