KATHMANDU, Aug 5: Everest Bank Ltd has handed over a check for Rs 500,000 as a continuation of its support to Teach for Nepal under its CSR initiative on education.
The bank has been supporting education, sanitation and drinking water in various government and public schools around Nepal, a statement issued by the commercial bank said.
“EBL has always been conscious of its social responsibilities and as a part of its CSR activities, has been organizing various programs for the benefit of the people at large,” the bank added in the statement.
The bank is providing services through its 94 branch offices, 28 revenue collection counters, 119 ATMs and also through its widest global network.
