"Chair Oli told the EU delegation that the current CA will try and forge consensus among the political parties in connection to the delivery of a new constitution," shared Kharel, adding that Chair Oli assured the EU team of the promulgation of the new constitution through process if no consensus would be garnered.
Meanwhile, during a meeting with Indian envoy Rae, Chairman Oli argued that it was no wise to wait any longer for the sake of forging consensus. He opined that rather than dilly dallying any longer, it was rather wise to further constitution drafting by resolving the differences on the disputed issues of the CA. RSS
