BIRATNAGAR, June 28: People in 334 local units of 35 districts are casting their votes in the second phase of election. Despite rain and rice planting season, people are enthusiastically participating in the voting since the polls opened at 7 am.
We have some glimpses of Kochakhal Polling Station in Biratnagar Metropolitan City, where old age people and women have already queued up to cast their votes.
