SURKHET, July 9: The regional office of the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) in Surkhet arrested engineer Anjaya Kumar Dev of District Technical Office on Monday on the charge of corruption.

Engineer Dev was caught red handed while taking Rs 80,000 from a service seeker promising to provide work completion report. CIAA Official Meghnath Sapkota said investigation is underway.
